HOW TO COOK oUR PIZZA

Our hand-formed Sicilian bakery pizza crust is fermented for 48 hours and hand docked in extra virgin olive oil for deep flavor with a thick but light, exceptionally crispy crust. Because of this process, it is crucial that you cook the pizza directly on the oven rack with no pan or stone. The olive oil makes it so it gets a nice crispy golden bottom with air flow to it.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

FROM FROZEN

  1. Preheat oven to 425F degrees

  2. Take pizza, from freezer, remove all packaging, and let sit 5-10 minutes

  3. Place pizza directly on center rack in oven

  4. Bake pizza for 14-18 minutes or until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted

FROM THAWED

  1. Preheat oven to 400F degrees

  2. Take pizza from refrigerator and remove packaging

  3. Place pizza directly on center rack of oven

  4. Bake pizza for 12-14 minutes or until crust is crisp, golden brown, and cheese is melted
